Garment Returns Policy
If your corset is the wrong size, we can replace it provided you return it to us intact and unworn, with all garments labels attached. All returns must be in re-saleable condition.
Goods must be returned within seven working days (UK) or fourteen working days (international).
Please retain all postage receipts and parcel tracking codes as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty items will be replaced immediately. We will also reimburse the original and return cost of postage to you.
Please return garments by Royal Mail. Please provide postal receipts.
We cannot pay priority, or courier service charges.
Items we are unable to exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made to measure/orders. If you are not completely happy with your personalised order, we will be glad to help.
We cannot exchange or refund worn items of lingerie for reasons of hygiene.
We reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund any items that have been worn and damaged or smelling of smoke, perfume etc.
We reserve the right not to exchange or refund unwanted items.
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us. We may be able to replace your purchase with another item if you return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 7 (UK) or 14 (international) working days, and we will offer you an exchange or credit note. We cannot refund the original cost of postage to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If more than one item is to be exchanged we cannot refund the original cost of postage to the customer.
Exchange of wholesale items
If you wish to return new and unused items and request a refund, please contact us within seven days. All returned items will incur a 20% re-stocking/return fee, any unauthorized returns may be either refused or refunded at 50%
All postage/shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the customer wishing to exchange products.
